When calling or emailing to schedule training, our administrative staff will ask “do you feel unwell, or have you any flu like symptoms or have you or someone you know recently engaged in any air or sea travel in the last month?” if you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions you will be advised to re-schedule your training for a later date when you have been cleared for work.
If a student with flu like symptoms (sore throat, coughing, shortness of breath, fever) attends any of our training facilities, they will be asked to leave immediately and re-book at a later date once they have been cleared for work.
We ask that you don’t become agitated with our staff at this time, as we are all trying to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone around us.
The future of Krause Health and Safety
With a pandemic of this magnitude, Krause Health and Safety is ensuring that while the government has not yet restricted training, that we can still provide the best service in a clean and safe environment.
There are many uncertainties of how far this pandemic will spread and what further actions the Government may take, but until the time comes where Krause Health and Safety is no longer considered an essential service, we will still aim to meet your training requirements within the restrictions as set out by ASQA, centres for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organisation.
We thank you for your support, trust and understanding at this time.
Kind regards,
Wade Krause
