Blended/E-Learning
(Online Learning and Theory Assessment + Face-to-face Practical Assessment)
Participants completing this course via the Blended/E-Learning delivery method must complete all learning and theory assessments online through the aXcelerate Learner Management System (LMS) and then contact the Krause Health and Safety Mount Isa administration team to organise the corresponding practical assessment session to complete their practical assessment.

Face-to-face
Participants completing this course via the Face-to-face delivery method will be required to complete all learning, theory assessment and practical assessment on-site at the allocated Krause Health and Safety facility/venue.

The Confined Space course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills for entering and working in confined spaces in resources and construction industries. It includes planning and preparing for entry of confined spaces, entry and working in confined spaces, exiting confined spaces and working with an issued permit.
There is no prerequisite training for this course.
All required learning materials are included in the course fees (refer to our Course Fees). All you need to bring are closed-in shoes and a readiness to learn.
The Confined Space course is appropriate for those working in or wishing to work in confined spaces (enclosed or partially enclosed) for the purpose of carrying out work or inspections and also is appropriate for those performing sentry or stand-by person roles, at worksites within:
